Return and Exchange Policy

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you for your trust in Vibes Fragrances. We are committed to providing original, high-quality products. Below, we transparently outline our Return and Exchange Policy, which aligns with the nature of perfume products and health and safety standards.

I. General Principle

Due to the nature of perfume products:

  • Perfumes are considered consumable goods and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
  • Vibes Fragrances only provides returns or exchanges in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the bottle upon receipt only.
  • Completing a purchase constitutes explicit customer agreement to this policy.

II. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

Requests will only be accepted if all the following conditions are met:

  1. Evidence of a broken or damaged perfume bottle upon receipt, or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  2. The request is submitted within 24 hours only from the date of receiving the shipment.
  3. Clear photos of the damaged product are provided.
  4. The product must be unopened and completely unused.
    After reviewing the request, we will proceed with:
  • Replacing the product (subject to availability)
  • OR issuing a refund according to the refund policy.

III. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • The product being opened or used.
  • Disliking the fragrance or a change of opinion.
  • Submitting a request more than 24 hours after receipt.
  • Misuse or improper storage.
  • Tampering with the bottle or labels.
  • Not returning included gifts (if any).
  • Discounted products or bundles, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

IV. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped or prepared.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the no-return policy applies.

V. Refund Policy

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund Processing Time: 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their provided bank details.

VI. Shipping and Delivery

  • Within Cairo: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Within Egypt (Major Cities): 4 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Depends on the shipping carrier. We will communicate with the customer and track the shipment until delivery.
  • Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons and promotional offers.
